9. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Accra, Ghana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
