These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, content and services operated by Dadaba Group and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Dadaba”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By accessing our sites or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Acceptance

Content you submit remains yours, but you grant Dadaba a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for the purposes of operating and improving the services.

All content on our sites (including text, graphics, logos, photos and code) is owned by or licensed to Dadaba and protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dadaba from claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Accra, Ghana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

We respect your privacy. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to our websites, events, and communications (“Services”).
